Performance oversight is in full swing at the Council. While the function of oversight never really ends, this is the Council’s annually set time to investigate how every DC agency is delivering on its mission in service of District residents. Whether it is about public safety, trash collection services, your neighborhood library, or a range of other topics, this is the time for Ward 5 neighbors and all District residents to document their thoughts on the record. Each hearing provides virtual and in-person options to testify, and if you cannot join a hearing in real time, you can submit written testimony.
