On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, the Council voted to dissolve the Committee on Recreation, Libraries, and Youth Affairs (RLYA), and create two new subcommittees: the Subcommittee on Recreation and Community Affairs, and the Subcommittee on Libraries and Youth Affairs.
