Carlos is a native Washingtonian and he recently completed his studies at the
University of the District of Columbia for his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In addition, he recently completed an internship at the DC History Center, where he updated the District's LGBTQ+ history resource guide. Carlos enjoys walking his community and lives in North Michigan Park.
