Joe grew up in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science in Youth Development from Indiana University - Bloomington and a Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. Joe enjoys coaching ultimate frisbee, exploring local eateries, and cooking in his free time. Joe and his family are proud to call Brightwood home.
