Thomas is a former public school teacher and city Alderman who served as a presidential appointee in the Biden-Harris administration prior to joining Councilmember Parker's office. He holds a BA in Cognitive Science from Case Western Reserve University and a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Originally from San Angelo, Texas, Thomas enjoys spending his spare time singing and playing guitar, cuddling with his rescue cat Taquito, watching Broadway musicals, and exploring the great outdoors with his friends.
